Classic Fireworks Limited  takes your privacy seriously and takes every reasonable measure and precaution to protect and secure your personal data. We work hard to protect you and your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction and have multiple layers of security in place.

How long do we keep your data

Classic Fireworks Limited  retains personal information for only as long as is necessary and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations. We are required under UK tax law to keep details of your delivery/service information for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.  We destroy the personal information element of your delivery/service information after two years, this personal information includes, but is not limited to: see below

Classic Fireworks Limited  and our network partners may occasionally process your personal information under the legitimate interests’ legal basis.   • Network and information security – we may process your data for the purposes of detecting and preventing unauthorised access to our systems and IT Infrastructure for identifying acts of criminal activity.

Our Websites and Cookies

When someone visits Classic SFX websites we use a third party service, Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

We also use Tawk.to messaging service this uses cookies to pick up your IP address for security purposes and is deleted when the user leaves our website, online chat information provided is used for internal uses only to provide our services and is deleted once actioned.
